Big Changes Coming

I've been feeling stuck lately. I knew I needed things to change and I think I finally have an idea and even a plan. I wanted to share that with all of you.

I want to involve all of my fans in more of my content and that you won't feel restricted with a paywall. You will still be able to get a little extra piece of me with some premium products, but my business model will become less subscription-based. I get such great feedback from fans everywhere—that my blog has given them a lot of pleasure, but also helped them explore more of their kinky side, and feel safe and comfortable about it. That's something I want more people to have, and for that, I decided to take a step into making most of my content free.

But how will I make money if it's all free? After all, making this content is costing me a lot because of all of the platforms and software, not to mention the time spent on content creation instead of my day job or job hunting. I'm hoping that by removing the paywall, more fans will flock to my blog and I can finally go viral. I want everyone to know that this is where you can find the best kinky written content—honest, exposed, and well-written. With many more fans, perhaps the casual tips and purchases of books and merchandise will be enough.

That's right, I've been spending a lot of time on alternatives. I've developed my fantasy stories so much that they can easily stand on their own as books that you could buy. It will take some more work, but I can put them together into digital books, audio books, and perhaps also physical books that you will be able to order online.

I also put a lot of effort into creating an online store for merchandise, and I should be ready very soon to offer you guys the opportunity to show off your kink with some style. I designed high-quality shirts and tank tops in many colors, as well as mugs. Subs said they'd love to wear something with the line "owned and proud" or "born to obey." Maybe Doms would want their subs to wear that too, but I wonder if there's something more I can create to please Doms. Drop me a line if you have some thoughts!

The restrictions on monetizing kinky content are mind-blowing. Setting up an online store was especially difficult. So now that I have something set up, I hope it will pay for all the hard work. Unfortunately I won't be able to sell in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, unless I find a partner to be my Merchant of Record, because I'm not willing to compromise my privacy due to European regulations, which require merchants to disclose their name and address. Dealing with European VAT is also way too much to handle on my own.

My plan is to make the changes in July. Between us, you can already find so much free content on my blog, but you'll soon get even more. I will still require fans to join my mailing list to view much of my content, but it will all be free. Some blog posts might be turned into audiobooks and then removed from the free website, though that's mostly going to be the fantasy stories. In any event, I'll keep at least the first two chapters here for fans to get a better idea if it's a book that could interest them to buy.

One other thing which will stay paid, though I'm not going to use a paywall anymore, is my weekly bonus podcast episodes. I put a lot of time and effort into creating them, sharing my intimate thoughts and experiences every day. I want to keep doing that, and bring it to even more listeners, so I'm going to lower the price here and on Apple Podcasts to just $4.99. The remaining term on current Ghost subscriptions will be doubled (as the Ghost subscription was $10).

I'll also announce the opening of my store soon. I'm just waiting for the samples I ordered to arrive. You can't imagine how difficult it is to get anything through Spanish customs into Gran Canaria!

I'm excited for all of these changes and I hope you'll all find them rewarding. You'll get more free content and I'm hoping to get more fans. My priority is making kinky content creation more sustainable. Recently I started to be late in publishing some of my content, which was another reason I realized something had to change. I was trying too hard to produce more and more content, and that was not producing the desired effect of growth. It also took away a little of the fun in creating kinky content, and I want to get it back. So I'll slow down a little, at least with the fantasy stories.

I loved when someone told me I was doing something right. He was referring to the content itself. I want to get it right on the business side too. Otherwise I'll continue spending more than I'm earning and I'll be forced to quit. I don't want to do that. I love making you all cum.
